If the answer is yes, Compass Support’s Employability Coach may be the role for you! 

As part of our Employment Team, delivering our ‘Get Healthy Get Working’ employability and wellbeing programme, you will work on both a 1-1 and group basis, deliver training to build participant’s confidence as well as develop their skills and knowledge to increase employability.     

The 21 hours will be over 3 full days per week (days to be confirmed; either Wed – Friday or Mon - Wednesday). 

The successful Employability Coach will have;  

• Knowledge of coaching techniques to encourage and support individuals to identify goals and develop plans, enabling them to progress to employment  

• Experience of providing information advice and guidance for people seeking employment  

• Understanding of individuals facing multiple barriers to gaining employment  

• Level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance/equivalent qualification or substantial relevant experience   

• An absolute commitment to working holistically and empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals
