Our client is looking for a Depot Manager to oversee production, operations, technical, and logistics at their Dagenham site.
Reporting to the Regional Production Manager, you’ll drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in asphalt production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the operational team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Implement LEAN processes and continuous improvement techniques
- Drive cost management and maximise profitability
- Develop business opportunities and manage market competitiveness
