My client is looking for 20 plus Electronic Field Monitoring Officers for their network Requirements:

Location: Applicants must reside in one of the following postcode areas: TS, SM, SY, PE, RH, BR, DT, EX, BN, SR, CA, CO.

Field Monitoring Officer Training: 8 days training course onsite Gatwick or Stockport– Accommodation and evening meals provided (Sunday to Friday)

All applicants will need to be able to attend training in the Crowne Plaza at Gatwick Airport or Bredbury Hall Hotel, Stockport, from 27th August. Travel Expenses, Accommodation and Evening Meals will be paid for by Serco. The applicants will have travel expenses paid to travel back to Gatwick on the following Sunday to complete the final day’s training on the Monday, and they will also be provided on this day with a Company Car and Company Fuel Card, which can be used for them to get home from training. The Company Car and Fuel Card must only be used for the purposes of the role and no personal reasons.

  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
    (Core hours: 4 PM to 2 AM, but availability required 24/7)

Your Role:

As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you’ll play a key part in:

  • Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of those subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit the homes of those on curfew, with the purpose of installing and calibrating monitoring equipment, so that the person on curfew can be detected within the boundaries of their property.
  • Installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

What You Bring:

  • Full UK Manual Driving License
  • Extensive travel within the UK – Car & fuel car provided for work purposes
  • No prior experience needed – we’ll provide all the training you need!
  • BPSS clearance (upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Successful candidates must be available to start training on 27/8/24 or 3/9/24 , all accommodation and expenses will be met by the company. Company car and fuel card will be supplied on completion of training
