Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant!

Are you a highly organised and proactive multitasker with extensive experience supporting senior management? Our client, an international organisation, is seeking an accomplished Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team and provide invaluable support to the UK General Manager.

As a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's team.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be a confident decision-maker and have the ability to build exceptional relationships. Your impeccable attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial as you navigate the demands of this reactive position. We are looking for someone who can take charge, offer creative suggestions and promptly address any issues or concerns that arise.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Meeting management
  • Minute Taking
  • Create Agenda's and distribute to the Senior Management Team
  • Weekly International Travel - Flights, Trains, Accommodation, Taxis, Cars etc
  • Event Management
  • Credit card reconciliation's and finance tasks
  • Maintain an internal tracker to keep Directors up to date on where they are each day
  • Update and maintain the General Managers portal for his day to day
  • Communicate with other departments and international offices
  • Adhoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant supporting senior management
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using SAP is a plus
