Job Title: Site Insallation Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Installation Managers to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing to the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Duties and Respnsibilities:

• Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors and work activities
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks
• Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements
• Completion of all documents that are associated with the status of the project such as Quality Plans
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
• Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme
• Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries of materials, plant and equipment so that project progression isn’t halted
• Completing company quality documents so that site reports can be provided to the management team
• Attending site management meetings
• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures
• Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements

• Managing skill levels onsite to determine labour requirements.
• Signing off construction completion and commissioning paperwork.
• Updating the senior management team of progress.
