Project Manager- UK

We are partnered with a leading Data Centre solution, where innovation meets reliability. Due to continued growth the organisation is now looking for a seasoned Project Manager who will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. As a Project Manager you will work closely with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This role is on home based set up with occasional travel. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Review project scope and develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. 

• Reporting to the Project Director on project progress and issues, you will also work closely with internal & external Design Teams including the Cost Manager to ensure optimal utilisation of resources. 

• Rigorously implement industry-leading health and safety standards and protocols to create a secure and hazard-free environment for employees, clients, and partners. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams in addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. 

• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 

• Maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. 

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks including commissioning before transitioning to the Operations Team. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence. 

• Engage in meetings and present project updates, including occasional travel when needed. 

• Degree/qualifications in Project Management or equivalent. 

• Significant years of experience in project management, preferably in the data centre sector. 

• Live environment working experience is essential. 

• Proficiency in project management software and tools 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
