Seeking an experienced and strategic Data Lead with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to spearhead our data transformation initiatives and lead our data management team.
- Associate should have a proven track record of managing complex data projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leading teams to success.
- Optimize and enhance existing data workflows and ETL processes for improved performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and ETL tools.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for all data processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
