GSC Grays are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team, a leading professional service firm in the North of England. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across multiple departments.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and Industry knowledge in farm, renewable energy, planning and development, valuations, and estate management.

The successful candidate will build relationships, create compelling content, and identify opportunities for business development and PR.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role within the professional services industry
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management

Experience with podcast production and knowledge of public relations and media pitching would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

2. Create engaging content for various departments and PR initiatives

3. Identify and pitch PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility

4. Develop tailored marketing strategies for each department

5. Manage social media content and monitor marketing performance metrics
