Position Overview
As a Multi Utility Team Leader, you will oversee the safe construction and maintenance of gas, water, and electric network infrastructure, ensuring reliable service to domestic, commercial, and industrial users. You’ll work across various sites, managing a small team and using specialised tools to install and maintain utility services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Install and maintain gas, water, and electric systems, including testing, purging, and commissioning.
  • Operate equipment, manage resources, and liaise with stakeholders, including emergency services.
  • Document work, complete job reports, and engage in continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of gas, water, and electrical installation, maintenance, and safety practices.
  • Proficient in using relevant tools, equipment, and PPE.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (GNO1, GNO2, SCO1-5, SHEA Gas/Water/Power, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Experience in service and main laying (gas, water, electric).
  • Expertise in installation techniques, jointing methods, and operating in confined spaces.
  • Proven ability to manage a small team and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
