This is for Care workers Day or Night shifts

Abbeywood is set in half an acre of private, tranquil, wooded grounds in the quaint village of Tottington, on the fringe of the open countryside.

As a Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

Entering service users data to their care plans using Hand held Tablets.

Support service users in accordance with their needs and wishes as detailed in their person-centred support plans.

Support service users to remain as active and healthy as possible.

Demonstrate a commitment to the Safeguarding of Adults and to recognise and report any disclosure, suspicion or evidence of harm, risk of harm, abuse, or neglect.

Attend training, including induction training, team meetings and individual supervisions.

Day Worker

Permanent contracted full-time hours (37.5 hours at £11.44ph Plus .50p Bonus Scheme paid 4 weekly)

Shift times are 07:30-16:00,   07:30- 13:00,   16:00-21:30 and 13:00-21:30

Night Worker

Permanent contracted full-time hours (39 hours at £11.44ph Plus .50p Bonus Scheme paid 4 weekly)

Shift times are 21:30-07:30

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care would be good, but we would be willing to consider you work towards NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
