Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35000- £40000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist with creative design flare and excellent technical abilities to join a CIAT registered practice in Birmingham. The friendly and supportive team work on residential, commercial and listed building projects across the UK and provide services from the feasibility stage right through to completion.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience and will be confident managing their own workload. You will be working on a range of projects and will have a flexible working arrangement, so need to be comfortable working from home. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification in a UK based practice
  • CIAT accredited
  • Able to manage a small team and mentor junior team members
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Must live locally to Birmingham
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
  • Able to start immediately
