£50,000 and above + Progression + Car Allowance+ Profit Share Scheme

Are you a Principal Engineer with a Geotechnical background or similar looking for the opportunity to step into a senior engineering role that offers training, the opportunity for progression and a variety of company benefits?

In this mixed role you will be required to manage geotechnical projects from inception to completion; you will be managing budgets, travelling to sites, reviewing and writing technical reports and playing a huge role in the overall business development. You will also be supervising and mentoring a small team of staff and reviewing technical reports. This is a Monday-Friday hybrid role with the option to work 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days at home.

This role is suited to a Principal Engineer with a Geotechnical/Civil background looking for a senior role with a profit share scheme and an array of progression opportunities in a Hybrid Mon-Fri position.

The Role:

• Managing Geotechnical Projects
• Reviewing/Writing Technical Reports
• Business Development

The Person:

• MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Similar
• Experience with technical drawing
• A Full UK Driving Licence
