The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to shape their own career path, with the flexibility to work from the office 2 days per week and the choice to focus on projects that align with your expertise and interests. For those with the drive to progress, the consultancy offers a fast track to Associate Director, providing rapid career growth for those eager to step into leadership roles.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
- Excellent pre and post contract experience

- £55,000 - £65,000
- Fast track progression to Associate
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (the opportunity to buy a further 15 days and sell 5)
