Job Description:

We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team in High Wycombe. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced teachers or early career teachers looking for a variety of classroom experiences, with the freedom to choose when and where you work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, following pre-set lesson plans.
  • Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s policies and create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt to different schools and quickly build rapport with students and staff.
  • Provide support to students to ensure they stay on track with their learning objectives.
  • Mark work and provide feedback in line with school policies when required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading lessons.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different school settings and student needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
