Job Description:

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our network of schools in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for teachers who thrive in a dynamic environment and want the flexibility to choose when and where they work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, following provided lesson plans.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Quickly build rapport with students and staff in different schools.
• Ensure students remain on task and support their learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Mark and assess work as required, adhering to school policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills with the confidence to adapt to different settings.
• Ability to quickly integrate into new environments and engage students effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
