Senior Site Manager

My client, a well established main contractor, is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager who is looking to make a step up to Senior Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers a large scope for career progression and personal development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in acting as number 1 on site and a good knowledge of structural works and internals.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractor management and resource allocation
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to uphold safety standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on schedule
- Foster strong communication channels with project stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and safety records
Site Manager Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Site Manager across Commercial builds
- Good understanding of the full construction process from pre-planning to completion
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills
- Up to date with Health and Safety best practice and regulations as well as quality control processes
