The Role:
- Delivering a range of building surveying services, primarily focused on acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
- Working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
- Building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.
The Candidate:
- Proven track record in Building Surveying with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- MRICS is preferred.
- Strong business development and client management skills is essential.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
The Package:
- £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- Uncapped, quarterly paid bonuses.
