The Role:

  • Delivering a range of building surveying services, primarily focused on acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
  • Working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
  • Building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

The Candidate:

  • Proven track record in Building Surveying with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • MRICS is preferred.
  • Strong business development and client management skills is essential.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The Package:

  • £55,000 - £75,000 per annum. 
  • Uncapped, quarterly paid bonuses.
