Vehicle Technician | Wimborne Minster | Full time | up to £35,000pa + overtime + staff discounts + training (if required)

We are recruiting for a technician to join a family run independent in the Wimborne area. They focus solely on being the best well-known independent in the area for quality of their work, fair pricing and customer service.

Since 1973 the company has grown from a 1-man mobile workshop to a well-established family business specialising in the sales of vehicles and parts, service, repair and preparation of all Land Rover and 4×4 vehicles.

The company’s ethos is that everyone should be able to maintain their vehicle to dealership standards, whilst receiving the warm welcome and exceptional customer service of a multi-generation family-run business.

You will play a key role within the service department of the company. We encourage you to be organised and methodical in your approach to your work.

Role requirements:

• Relevant experience
• Level 3 Qualification or time served
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Communicates well
• A keen eye for detail
• Computer literate

What will your role look like?

• To carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work
• Collaborating and working on bespoke vehicle projects
• Contribute to maintaining workshop equipment
• All admin duties as required
• Housekeeping duties as required
