What You Will Do:

• Provide comprehensive PA support to the Head of Engineering, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and managing travel bookings.
• Act as a liaison and provide support to the Design Global EA, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.
• Handle office administration tasks and miscellaneous project support with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Coordinate and arrange external visitor meetings, supporting senior teams from India during their visits to the UK.
• Collate and prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors.
• Contribute to process improvement activities that enhance efficiencies and project delivery.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
