Qualifications required:

• Qualified teacher status and experience teaching in KS2, preferably Year 4
• A natural flair for creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• A passion for fostering a growth mindset in students, encouraging them to embrace challenges and strive for excellence
• An inclusive approach to teaching, valuing diversity, and individual learning styles
