• Morning Shift: 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  (Shift flexibility is essential)

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Orpington. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting Parcels: Efficiently sort and prepare parcels for transport, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Loading/Unloading Vehicles: Safely load and unload vehicles, handling parcels of various sizes and weights.
• Heavy Lifting: Be comfortable and capable of lifting heavy items as part of daily duties.
• Using Hand-Held Scanning Devices: Operate hand-held scanners to track and record parcel information.

Candidate Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: The role requires regular heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Candidates must be able to consistently meet the early and late shift timings.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential when sorting and scanning parcels.
