Summary

My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Business Change & Continuous Improvement Support to join their team Based at their Warwick or Wokingham offices (1 day a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Change & Continuous Improvement Support. As the UK moves towards its 2050 net-zero target, our client has a vital part to play in ensuring a zero-carbon electricity system. As a Business Change & Continuous Improvement Support, your main responsibility will be to prioritise the enablement, empowerment, and trust of our client's people. You will ensure that change initiatives are effectively communicated, managed, and implemented, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth.

Key Accountabilities:
* Support the development and implementation of comprehensive change management and improvement plans, emphasising employee engagement and collaboration.
* Identify potential resistance and risks, and develop strategies to address concerns and build trust.
* Align change initiatives with our client's strategic goals, supporting a positive and inclusive culture.
* Facilitate continuous improvement activities by encouraging employee participation and feedback.
* Utilise methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma to drive improvements and enhance employee and customer experience.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring tangible benefits.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across the Customer Connections Team, ensuring all employees feel valued and heard.
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and meetings to engage and involve employees at all levels in the change process.
* Act as a liaison between different departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration and unity.
* Develop clear, empathetic, and compelling communication materials related to change initiatives.
* Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and employees, empowering them to adapt to change confidently.
* Create and maintain documentation related to change management processes, ensuring accessibility and transparency.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives for our people, customers, and business.
* Utilise feedback and data to continuously refine and improve change management strategies.

Knowledge, Experience & Technical Know-How:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced change and/or improvement professional who is passionate about coaching, delivering at pace, and fostering teams and their working relationships. The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in change management and continuous improvement roles.

* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical, people-centric solutions.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
