About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your professional growth is as important as the development of our young learners.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering imaginative and effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they develop the foundational skills that will set them up for future success. Starting in September 2024, this role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years.

• A proven track record of delivering engaging and creative lessons.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child in the EYFS.

• Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.

• Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

• Regularly assess and track the progress of pupils, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.

• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and development.
