- -The clinical/supernumerary split is tbc and fluid given the demands of the week. The home currently have a full suite of nurses /shifts covered but there will be a requirement for cover for annual leave/sickness etc … Contract will be 36 hours (3 x 12) but the opportunity to work more if of interest.
- Key role for the home as the incoming home manager is non-clinical. Also seeking someone who could be a future manager as they have multiple in the group that may be of interest.
