A independent construction consultancy are looking for a well-seasoned Building Surveyor to join their growing Essex based team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor who would benefit from a firm with clear progression, a solid workload and autonomous working style.

Role and responsibilities

In this role, the Building Surveyor will join a successful and close-knit building consultancy team providing a range of core professional and project driven duties to a portfolio of office, mixed-use, hotel, retail and airport clients.

The successful Building Surveyor will manage their own workload, develop and maintain clients, whilst taking project lead on schemes.

Person specification

  • Ideally chartered RICS or equivalent experience
  • RICS accredited degree
  • A solid consultancy or private practice background
  • Well-rounded experience project and professional
  • Ability to autonomously, managing own projects
