We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Crewe, ideally you would have experience in Fit Out, new build, refurbishments, restoration works, and extensions.
Duties will include:
- Supervising construction projects and overseeing building work
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress
- Hiring subcontractors and managing construction workers
- Monitoring project progress, costs, and safety
- Conducting quality inspections
- Preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and laborers.
