We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our client's team, supporting strategic and operational skilling initiatives for high-impact partners across Europe, Australia, and the Americas. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global consultancy, contributing to impactful skilling initiatives that empower organizations to thrive in the AI economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Technologies: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Azure Data and AI, Fabric, and related technologies to design and deliver comprehensive skilling plans tailored to organizational needs.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with partner organizations, aligning skilling plans with their business goals. Partner with Training Service Providers to ensure these plans meet the evolving demands of the AI economy, focusing on AI fluency, security, and more.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from end users to C-suite executives, to foster strong partnerships and ensure satisfaction with the skilling programs. Translate technical requirements into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Program Evangelism: Promote complex skilling programs to secure stakeholder buy-in, using data-driven insights to demonstrate the value and impact of these initiatives. Adapt your communication to various audiences, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Pipeline and Project Management: Maintain a dynamic pipeline of training opportunities, tracking progress and aligning them with strategic priorities. Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources, while keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing) to design and deliver compliant, high-impact programs. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, optimize processes, and mitigate risks.
  • Outcome Tracking and Reporting: Collect and analyze success criteria, using dashboards to track performance against key metrics (OKRs, KPIs). Share insights on AI readiness, market trends, and competition, helping to refine and improve skilling strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, particularly with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in event and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A strong track record of successful partner engagement and support.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, aligning efforts to meet the client's strategic goals.
