This assistant Project Manager’s role is to work on a permanent basis for an up and coming Sub contractor who work with some of the UK’s leading main contractors. They have trebled their turnover in past year and are in a fantastic position to start investing into new teams.
Role
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who ideally has some experience of working on Retail / fit out / Commercial projects or have good knowledge of working for a subcontractor and can help their team deliver a handful of jobs up to £500k at any one time.
Your duties will be to –
- Working closely with the commercial team to maintain commercial viability.
- Oversee numerous schemes at any one time freeing up the Managing Director to win more work
- Client facing
- Collate and calculate site information
- Making sure the main contractor is happy with all member of the site staff
