ob Opportunity: Resident Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Cleaner to join our team. The role involves ensuring all work areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, health, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all cleaning tasks as requested to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Ensure working areas meet the highest hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Group Supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH laws, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Keep cleaning cupboards clean and secure when not in use.
- Lock and secure the building after completing your shift.
Required Skills:
- General housekeeping and cleaning skills.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
- Responsibility for securing the premises after work hours.
