Pure are pleased to be supporting a key account of ours who are looking for a Warehouse Manager.

Main Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse operations staff across Goods In, Despatch, and Decorated/Tour hub departments.
- Manage Goods In/Out stock logging to ensure accurate client stock records.
- Utilize company order/stock/distribution fulfilment systems.
- Ensure accuracy in garment and customer pick orders/splits
- Ensure timely dispatch of daily customer consignments for both UK and international markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
- Deliver training to both new and existing staff.
- Lead Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring daily and monthly inspections are completed and best practices followed.
- Solutions-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse operating systems and practices.
- Extensive experience in warehouse management, particularly in goods in/despatch and stock control within a busy, high-volume environment.
- Leadership qualities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Team player.
- Self-discipline and reliability.
- Standard Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility: Required to work outside standard hours during peak periods
