Digital Project Manager - Permanent - £60,000-£85,000 - Bridgwater / Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our client's team in Bridgwater. In this role, you will play a critical part in analysing and supporting business systems, utilising advanced tools and applications to drive process automation and efficiency. You will contribute to the company's digital transformation efforts, working closely with stakeholders to optimise the system landscape and enhance operational performance. A key focus of this role will be leading the implementation of work order systems for an engineering services client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements to support project objectives
• Collaborate with end-users, key stakeholders, and process owners to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to improve user experience with systems and data analytics
• Maintain consistent and efficient solutions across the approved application suite
• Safeguard sensitive data and ensure confidentiality
• Design and implement work-flows and automation processes to streamline operations

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant system environment
• Strong technical skills with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop practical solutions
• Experience with ICT systems, including technical development, testing, and implementation from a Project Management perspective
• Background in business processes and applications
• Knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management
• Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Pragmatic approach to balancing ideal solutions with current business needs
• Experience with the configuration and implementation of operational/maintenance systems
• Background in the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors is a plus
• A willingness to be based on site at Bridgwater 3 days a week and occasional visits to client site
