We are currently recruiting for Stock Controller roles in Burton-Upon-Trent, DE14 2UZ.

Principle Accountabilities of a Stock Controller

• Conduct physical Stock Check routines, such as stocktaking, PI, pick & put away checks etc
• An ability to prioritise tasks to meet key deadlines, KPI's & Service Level Agreements
• An understanding of the accounting implications of stock integrity to the business.
• An ability to create and run reports and analysis.
• Maintaining locations, both physically and systematically.
• Ensuring that customers' requirements are being met on a daily basis, both internally and externally.
• Being assertive, friendly, persuasive, informative and with a positive attitude all the time.
• Promote the team image as a professional team within the business.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience of a Stock Controller:

Essential:

• General understanding of Blue Yonder, to a stock investigation level.
• Experience of stock control techniques in a fast paced logistics & distribution environment.
• Good working knowledge of operational practices within a logistics environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable for a Stock Controller:

• MHE and Man Up trained
• Experienced in SOP writing

* Salary: £11.90
* Overtime : £17.85
* Location: Burton On Trent, DE14 2UZ
* Shifts available: Monday - Friday, rotate between 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00. Flexibility required to meet business needs
