The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of test tools and Frameworks: Proficiency in using various test tools and frameworks for automation, performance and manual testing
  Cloud and Infrastructure knowledge
  Strong Experience LAN, Migration testing
  Strong stakeholder skills and Test Planning and strategy development
  Strong problem solving skills. ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
  Technical Test Manager with at least 15 years of experience working on large complex transformation programmes.
  Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
