Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive 
 

Location: Home Based but covering the Birmingham / West Midlands region
 

Package: £28,000 Base Salary, OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car
 

Monday Friday only – 8.30am – 5.00pm.
 

Our client is one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling Van’s in the Birmingham / West Midlands region.

The role will be based from home but you will visit our client 6 Van dealership in the Midlands region as well as going out visiting new and existing retail clients.
 
Role Overview:

The chosen candidate will be integral to the dealership's success, driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. The role demands a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.

 
Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Full UK driving licence.
