We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their amazing team.
 
Responsibilities
  • There will be an expectation for the successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
  • It is important to this school that the Special Needs Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
  • The ideal candidate for this Special Needs Teaching Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
  • The Special Needs Teaching Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
 
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
