Working Hours – 11am – 7pm
Working Days – Monday – Friday ( Potential weekend work in the future )
Will overtime be required – Not at the moment ( May be require in the future )
Company Car provided – A welfare van will be provided ( this will need to be picked up and dropped off at Woodford Office daily )

Description of Role and Responsibilities 

This role is an onsite customer facing role - designed to provide information about my clinets social programs, whilst collecting data to help us better serve our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide brilliant quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage workload to meet targets
• On site door knocking
• Compiling and providing key data using Computer systems
• Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skill

Skill Require :

• Driving licence
• Excellent customer service & clear communication skills, with focus on attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good time management and ability to work to challenging deadlines
• Competent in the use of standard desktop packages eg. Excel spreadsheets
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral 
• Good time management skills
• Flexibility to embrace and support change, whilst working to defined processes
• Mobile phone is required
