The Opportunity

A prolific construction business based out of Leicester are looking for an Urban Design Architectural Technician for the arm of their business concerned with new build housing. They have a family run vibe with a settled team and work in partnership with the community. As the business grows and to stay leaders in a competitive market they need someone doing a fully functioning front end role producing and managing site layouts but also assisting with architectural technician work.

You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar role, and have a good understanding of residential development.

Typical duties will include but not limited to:

  • Master planning
  • Feasibility layouts
  • Street scene creation and evaluation
  • Support site staff with technical queries and coordinate a range of technical info between stakeholders

If you have a relevant degree/qualification in construction/architecture, proficient in AutoCad/Revit, have excellent planning policy knowledge and a desire to progress and develop your career then get in touch today.
