- Conduct client reviews, proposing improvements and enhancements
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
- Manage an audit team, coordinating reviews and fostering growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA).
- Ideally have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience in external audit, accounts and general practice within a UK practice accountancy firm.
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and complex audit assignments
