One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers have an exciting vacancy to develop their central Waste function, responsible for providing SME in Waste across their Key Accounts, from Government to Production clients.

The employer offers traditional Facilities services across their client's estates from engineering maintenance to cleaning, but clients are now looking for services across sustainability too from energy efficiency to waste management.

The central Waste team this role sits in provides cutting edge expertise for the Account teams, and crucially, helps implement this knowledge into practical action, empowering the Account to develop sensible Waste solutions, sensitive to the particular needs of their customer and their buildings

This Zero Waste Advisor role therefore is a key link to provide an effective waste service across the UK & I operation.

Due to the strength of the team surrounding this role, and the strong relations hips with the various Account Teams we are happy to consider recent graduates strong in Circular Economy, Zero Waste etc with a great attitude and willingness to develop

Specific actions will include:

• Lead segment deployment and optimisation solutions/service enhancements to ensure effective cascade into Operating Units.
• Assist in the commercial activity supporting new and existing bid opportunities.
• Lead mobilisation process from a waste point of view, ensuring we commence contracts in line with bid proposal.
• Ensure Group and Country tools are implemented correctly in segment and consistently to deliver best practice and maximum efficiency
• Provide Waste SME to ensure a comprehensive and class leading solution to all new Key Account target bids and Key Account retention targets within Segment
• Ensure adequate SME resources are deployed to support waste workstream within segment of responsibility.
• Provide consultancy support and resource to meet client challenges and transformation objectives.
• Directly lead and deliver agreed plans and objectives

We need from you:

• Clear experience within Waste, with some ability to act as a Waste SME
• Experience in the Facilities Management sector would be desirable
