Our client is a rapidly expanding practice specialising in providing management accounting and commercial analysis to the hospitality sector and due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant. 

This is a highly varied role working 4 days from the office and 1 from home and typical duties will cover:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts complete with P&L’s, variance analysis and commentaries
• Preparation and delivery of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage the weekly P&L flash forecast reporting and assist the business with periodic analytical information
• Preparing and delivering weekly key objectives ensuring OKRs are met
• Responsible for the month-end closing processes ensuring all relevant month end journals including accruals and prepayments are accurately recorded
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Assist with maintaining cash flow model and cash flow forecasting
• Provide guidance and support for two accounts assistant making sure Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger functions run effectively
• Developing and maintaining a strong commercial relationship with all key stakeholders
• Ensure adequate and appropriate financial controls, processes and procedures exist in respect of day-to-day financial functions
