Senior Planner – Midlands
Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Planner to support the management team with the end to end planning of their projects. As a Senior Planner, you will be an integral part of the programme and planning management team, working exclusively alongside clients in the educationals and multi room sectors.

Duties
- Responsible for taking the lead of the planning and programme management on site, throught the preconstruction process and alongside the rest of the team
- Work alongside the Assistant Planners to carry out PDPs, provide mentorship, and conduct actions outlined in each of their development plans
- Conduct weekly and monthly programme reports, coordinate outputs and regulalry report programme progress in monthly contract review meetings
About You
- Advanced Asta Powerproject Training – Progress Analysis & S-curve reporting.
- Proven understanding and experience of UK and EU Legal Frameworks
- Advanced contract awareness including an extensive understanding/background in JCT and NEC forms of contract
Package
- £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
