About the role:

Talent Solutions are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join it's RPO Centre of Recruitment Excellence. A dynamic individual dedicated to supporting our clients in overcoming their toughest hiring challenges. Through leveraging data and intelligence, you'll drive strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence while surpassing client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Developing Recruitment Strategies:

  • You will design and facilitate recruitment strategies that are aligned with business objectives and will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are managed against set process steps, milestones and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer satisfaction through meeting set KPIs and SLAs.
  • Conduct market research and use data analytics to inform innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and implement creative sourcing techniques.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Lead a Recruitment Support Function

  • Targeting niche skill sets: Use your expertise to identify and engage candidates possessing rare and in-demand skills, expanding the talent pool beyond conventional methods.
  • Demonstrate a high level of productivity by consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering a minimum of 6 hires per month.

Track Recruitment Metrics:

  • Define and analyse recruitment metrics, conducting root cause analysis to drive data-driven solutions and provide regular updates to senior management.

Build Talent Pools:

  • Identify key talent segments and engage potential candidates through networking events and online forums.
  • Implement talent relationship management systems for personalised engagement and proactive succession planning.

Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers:

  • Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR and other key stakeholders providing strategic guidance and recruitment plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide guidance to the HM on the recruitment process, different routes to market and sourcing options.

Communication with Internal / External Stakeholders:

  • Establish clear communication channels with clients to provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and sourcing strategies.
  • Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.
  • Work with our chosen supply chain where needed to ensure roles that require additional support receive it.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure quality checks and processes are in place and performance is high, whilst ensuring process is followed.

Driving Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Champion D&I initiatives, track metrics, and collaborate with external organizations to expand diverse talent pipelines.
  • Staying Abreast of Industry Trends:
  • Monitor industry trends and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs during strategic planning.

Attending Industry Events:

  • Prioritise relevant industry events to facilitate networking opportunities and promote the employer brand.

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience.
  • Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Engineering, IT, Finance or Corporate functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilising data and analytics tools to gather insights, track recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience translating workforce intelligence data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and client requirements in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
