Multinational M&E Company are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (BMS) to join their BMS Project division working on large one-off projects throughout the country and manage Planned upgrade programmes with clients throughout London and the home counties.  

Duties & Responsibilities of Electrical Project Manager (BMS)

• Carry out project design including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering.
• Prepare O&M manuals and other documentation such as commissioning/witnessing packs.
• Attend site progress meetings when required, including project review meetings and produce weekly project reports.
• Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payment.
• Co-ordinate with estimating/sales team at a technical/commercial level
• Attend project handover meetings as required.
• Create & manage a project programme of works.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecast and C2C reports.

• Customer Service Skills – ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
