Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings to produce low volume components to precise tolerances.
- Program CNC machines using Fanuc G-code or CAD software.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the production team to optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Experience with CNC machine programming (Fanuc G-code or CAD software).
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of machining processes and materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or vocational training in CNC machining.
- Experience with medium-large CNC Lathes Fanuc Controls
- Knowledge and understanding manufacturing principles.
