We are urgently seeking a Special Needs Teacher to join a complex needs SEN School in South East London, Norwood, SE19.
You will be teaching low ability children following a Pathways 3 curriculum.
Primary and Secondary SEN Teachers are welcome.
Role: Special Needs Teacher
Pay: Paid to scale
Needs: Complex Needs /PMLD/SEMH/ADHD/ASC/
Duration: Immediate start, Temp - Perm
Location: SE19, Norwood, South East London
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing tailored lesson plans to address the unique needs of students with complex needs.
- Utilising therapeutic approaches to enhance the learning environment.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with children and young people with special needs.
- Applying expertise in working with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties, and pupils with complex behavioural challenges.
- Demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to inspire and support both individual students and teams.
