Northwich, Cheshire West and Chester
Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £45,000/annum

A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Northwich office. Known for providing excellent legal services and fostering a supportive work environment, this firm offers a fantastic opportunity for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, and probate.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to private client work.
  • Handle the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
  • Potentially handle Court of Protection matters if experienced.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with around 3 years of PQE in private client law.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, and probate processes.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Experience with Court of Protection matters is desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
