Site Manager - Belfast
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a B&Q project in Belfast on nights.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Asbestos awareness
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experiences
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Fire Warden
- Asbestos Awareness
- NVQ in a trades background (desirable)
