Industrial Recruitment Solutions Limited (IRS) are urgently recruiting a Forklift Truck Driver to join their clients, a state-of-the-art distribution centre based in Brierley Hill.

This role will be full-time, and will lead to a permanent role with further training and development for the right applicant with the opportunity to potentially develop into a Team Leader or Supervisor.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 0800-1630, a x40 hour working week. This will be the full-time working hours, this ideal candidate will need to be fully flexible and willing to cover any holidays or ADHIC Requests to cover either a morning shift or afternoon shift with notice given, some flexibility is a must.

Pay rate will start between £1200-£1300 per hour, to be discussed at interview level. Candidate must have a Forklift Truck license and have a minimum 12 months experience.

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in handling materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Duties
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
- Manage warehouse inventory using the Warehouse Management System
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks

Experience
Required:
- Previous experience as a Counterbalance Forklift Operator
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with warehouse operations

This role will mainly be on a Forklift Truck, 85% FLT Operations and 15% all other general ADHOC Warehouse duties.

Candidate must have a good attitude towards self development as our client will up skill and offer further courses and training.
