Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team in London. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works across various projects. You will ensure that all electrical work complies with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision and Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians and electrical apprentices. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed on time and to the required standard. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving any issues that may arise on-site.

* Project Management: Plan and schedule electrical work in coordination with project managers and other trades. Ensure that all electrical installations meet project deadlines and quality requirements. Monitor project progress, report on work status, and adjust schedules as needed.

* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with current British Standards, regulations, and codes of practice. Conduct regular safety inspections, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to by the team. Identify and mitigate any potential hazards, promoting a culture of safety on-site.

* Quality Control: Inspect completed electrical work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, tests, and certifications.

* Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns promptly.

* Resource Management: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability on-site when needed. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* A valid JIB Gold card.
* 2391 Inspection and testing
* SSSTS or SMSTS

Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Experience working in a construction or facilities management environment is preferred.


Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.


Additional Requirements:
* Full UK driving license.
* Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, if required.
