1:1 Learning Support Assistant

A fantastic, high-achieving Secondary School based in the Borough of Redbridge is seeking a motivated and passionate graduate to join their supportive and close-knit staff team.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs including ASD, SpLD, ADHD and more.

This is the ideal role for any individuals wishing to gain more experience to pursue a career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, social care and more!

1:1 Learning Support Assistant Job Description

  • Working in a brilliant Secondary School in Redbridge
  • Providing support in and out of the classroom to all children
  • Assisting class teachers to deliver lessons in Maths, English and more
  • Helping out across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with SEN/SEMH needs

1:1 Learning Support Assistant Role

  • Based in Redbridge
  • £105 -£110 per day
  • Monday - Friday only
  • Long-Term, Full-Time
  • Term-Time only
  • September 2024 start
